Some people prefer to get up early in the morning and start the day’s work. Others prefer to get up later in the day and work until late at night. Which do you prefer?

Nowadays, there is no shortage of debate that some individuals opt for getting up earlier in the morning in order to complete their daily needs while others are night owls who would rather do their work in the evening. Personally, I significantly believe that it is better to be an early bird, getting the tasks done in the morning. I feel this way for several reasons which I will explore accordingly in my following essay. To begin with, by getting up early in the morning, individuals might be well-planned for the day. It is obvious that up-to-date circumstances of life are drawn on money; therefore, human beings commence to work hard in order to witness progress. I have to admit that my opinion on this matter has been profoundly influenced by my father's own experience, from the beginning of his teenage, my father worked without ceasing in order to develop his own company. More specifically, a human being has to refresh their brain to think clearly and straightforwardly; hence, morning is the best part of the day when their brain is less stressed and there is room for daunting tasks. Secondly, waking up early is also vital for the sleep cycle. It is evident that a horrible sleep routine can awfully damage an individual's well-being which gradually can make them get down with distant life-threatening illnesses. Elaborating on this, I can bring up an example from my cousin, he struggled with insomnia which greatly had an enormous influence on his professional carrier. Moreover, it can cause unforeseen obstacles for many individuals in planning their day consequently. It is certainly clear to see why a vast majority of people prefer to get up earlier in order to fulfill primal and specific tasks. In light of the reasons that are mentioned above, I extremely believe that people who get up early are one step ahead with planning their day and work in a correct and consistent way. This is because a fresh brain allows people to think and examine everything clearly and frankly.
