Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? Parents are the best teachers. Use specific reasons and examples to support your answer.

Parenting requires a number of skills and patience to nurture the upcoming generation. In fact, many people are of the opinion that children take their parents as role models and follow them, especially during their development period. Consequently, I agree with the above-mentioned statement and I will elaborate on my reasons in the subsequent paragraphs. First and foremost, in many instances, children spend their time interacting with their parents. Therefore, parents’ behavior becomes the first model that kids acknowledge and follow unconsciously from an early age. That is to say, those young creatures will subconsciously adopt the exact same behavioral patterns as their caregivers. Therefore, in case one of the parents try to nurture a kid in a different way than his or her behavior, the attempts will be sentenced to failure. The reason is simple – children recognize this world through their surrounding people and parents are one of them. Second, minors tend to learn from people around whom they feel secure, protected, and loveable. It is not a surprise that caregivers are in first place for that nomination. Consequently, parents put a huge effort to prepare their children for the bigger world by teaching them the rules of the world. Additionally, parents’ predilection to pass on their experience and knowledge create an environment where young persons are able to experience the above-mentioned emotions and learn from their parents. To sum up, parents play a vital role in a child’s life in the role of a life teacher. The subconscious demonstration of caregivers’ behavior and a secure atmosphere created by parents where children learn from them are the reason proving that parents are considered to be the best teachers. I firmly believe that every child will have that opportunity to have their parents as their best teachers for this life.
