In some countries, owning a home rather than renting one is very important for people. Why might this be the case? Do you think this is a positive or negative situation?
There has been considerable debate among individuals in some nations over whether having a house worth more than renting one. I personally believe that there has been pros and cons for each situation separately.
To begin with, there are several reasons why living in one's own house has negative implications. Individuals who are landlords are always worried about losing their belongings. In the case of natural catastrophes such as heavy rains that lead to floods, earthquakes, and other harmful disasters, they are not able to protect their houses and it could force them living under unpleasant circumtances.
Secondly, infrustracture of a house has lost it’s quality over the years, consequently repairing or replacing them requires a large amount of money that will make the family annual budget at risk of loosing completely.
On the positive side , I believe that people who are living in their own houses are more satisfy about their living conditions in comparison with tenants. On the one hand, they are not concern about moving from one place to another one every year. Moreover, if they have the chance to live in their own accommodation, they would be able to save their money, so it makes them possible to spend that on their priotities and their enjoyments. Because it is clear that a huge amount of currency is spent in the case of renting a house to it’s owner.
To sum up, despite the fact that being landlord of a house can pave the way for increasing pleasant of owner to a great extent in the hope of having more peaceful living condition, nothing can escape the indispensable role of being tenant
