Education is one of the most important, vital and fundamental attributes one should possess,it is the crunch in which our society should be built on and is fundamental for any attempt at innovation, and change. It is for this reason that if given the opportunity and the funds the government should invest this anonymous donation to built a public library. It is no secret that knowledge is a vital tool we all should posses, schools already provide the means of gaining this skill by teaching children with the help of classic books. These pieces of literature have been demanded classic for a reason, and are used as as way not not only expand on the cultural knowledge one can have but it can also provide kids with a wider set of vocabulary as well as a to dive into a variety of different themes and topics that might even spark a sense of passion and inquiry in them. Unfortunately this higher level of education is not fully accessible to everyone in our society. Most citizens cannot afford to give their children access to these spaces which are out of their reach. Therefore the issue of illiteracy is becoming more widespread and in turn have long term negative effects on the life and opportunities of this group of individuals as they will most likely be denied job opportunities due to their lack of reading and writing abilities, consequently leading them to struggle financially later in their adult life. That’s why a perfect way to combat this social issue is to invest fundings in an easily accessible public library. That way people who may not have the economical means to get a higher education can still develop intellectually without having to struggle financially. This project could have a larger long term positive impact on both new and older generations that could lead to a brighter future.
