Many people decide on a career path early in their lives and keep to it. This, they argue, leads to a more satisfying working life. To what extent do you agree with this view? What other things can people do to try and have a satisfying working life?

Many people think that choosing a profession early in life can provide them with a more satisfying working life. although this decision can be feasible for some people, I think that it can not be suggested to all individuals and, in this essay, I will give some other approaches that can lead to a satisfying career life. Choosing a job is an important and decisive decision in life. some people think that choosing a career path early can give them more time to prepare themselves for their career in all aspects, and therefore this can lead to more satisfaction in their career life. In contrast, others consider that aging can create a considerable number of changes in human character and interests and as a result choosing a job early may lead to regret in the future due to these changes. Finally, I think that the time for this selection differs from person to person, and it highly depends on the individuals. Several approaches can be taken for job satisfaction and I will recommend two of them. Firstly, having sufficient skills and knowledge in the desired job which can elevate self-confidence and consent. Secondly, spending a large amount of time working can create a reluctance to the profession, thus making a balance between work and leisure time can increase the efficiency of working and would result in more pleasant career life. In the way of conclusion, my conviction is that job selection has its own time for everyone and many other things can be done for job satisfaction rather than choosing it early.
