It is true that one of the major factors to making progress in life is showing our abilities to the decisive people who have the authority to promote us. we need to be equipped with knowledge and expertise to reach achievement. they are our weapon in this technological era. for instance, when it comes to choosing a suitable employee, recruiters should be sure that we are the best person who can do the job perfectly and even more make changes for the company. we should prove that we are the best alternative for the position, and our accomplishments speak volumes about it. On the other hand, I believe that nowadays there are some other factors which play a significant role in our development, they are communication and soft skills. in the world we live in, communication is a vital role in the way to be successful. The ability to interact with different kinds of people, and make suitable networks with them helps us to be known in the community. besides, soft skills like problem-solving, and the ability to get adaptation to complicated situations are other important factors that are necessary for improvement in life. For example, recruiters in recent years prefer to employ candidates who have better soft skills because they believe that each employer can learn technical skills easily, but learning soft skills need more time and dedication. In conclusion, it is true that proving our strengths and accomplishments are important factors on the way to success, but in my opinion, there are some other factors like communication and soft skills which are as important as our accomplishments.
