What are the important qualities of a good son or daughter? Have these qualities changed or remained the same over time in your culture? Use specific reasons and examples to support your answer.
Some cultures have different concepts of timeliness or spaces. However, the concept of personalities of children remained the same over time in my culture. Parents always wish their kids would become good sons or daughters. Children are blank papers, and parents will teach them important qualities to them.
First of all, it’s pointless to argue that a good child should be patient, polite, thankful, and respectful. In addition, patience teaches the kids the ability to wait for something, and someone. For example, when they have lunch at school, they should wait in line to get the food. Furthermore, they grow up and understand that patience is a key to success in life because everything needs time to process. Moreover, children should learn politeness, thankfulness, and respect from everyone. For instance, nobody likes a kid using informal language, and usually doesn’t say “Thank you” or “Sorry”. When children have good manners, and respect everyone’s hard-working, they will receive the truth and love.
Secondly, good sons or daughters should show their love and affection. The kids will learn how to give the love bottom of their hearts. For example, my cousin is a ten-year-old boy, he is a sweet boy. He always says “I love you” to his mom when she does something for him even, she cooks a bad meal. All teachers love him a lot, he always makes them, and his classmates laugh. When he plays a game, they want to play with him. As a result, we can see kids who always show affection will become helpful and lovely people.
In summary, it is important for parents to show their love and have the right way of teaching their kids. If every child becomes a good person, they will be successful in the future, and the world will be more beautiful.
