Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? When classmates or colleagues communicate about a project in person instead of by e-mail, they will produce better work for the project. Use specific reasons and examples to support your answer

Having a good communication between group members has a key role in group success. The best way of communication between members of a team is a controversial subject. In my opinion, communicating about a project by email is more efficent than in person . I feel this way for two reasons which I will explore in what follows. To begin with, by using email, projects will be done faster .In other words, sometimes setting an appointment is difficult among group members ,so they have to wait till a certain time that every body is free in that time and is able to participate in meeting. My personal experience is a great example of this, for one of my university project, we decided to communicate in person and because all of us were busy, we were not able to set a time for project ,and at the end, we had to stay in the university till night which made us tired and decrease our efficency. While other groups which used e-mail to communicate done project sooner and they got better mark than us. Moreover, using emails has more options than personal contacts. To state it more clearly, group members can send important information ,such as vidoes, pictures, tables with e-mail and other group members can read or watch them carefully and comment about them. In personal communications, members cannot focus properly and the may miss some important information. For intance, once, I had a meeting with my co-workers and everybody presented their work on the projector. One of my colleagueshad a huge mistake in one table and non of us could not reallize it and only a person who was not able to atend in meeting and we send e-mail to him understand the mistake. To conclude, people will produce better works by communicating about a project by e-mail. This is because it is faster and people can save time, and has more options than personal contact.
