When you face a difficult problem in life, do you think it is a good idea to find information about the problem using the Internet?

We all have to deal with difficult situations in life now and then, and everyone has their own approach to handling them. Personally, I believe that the best solution is to look for information about the issue on the Internet. I feel this way for two reasons, which I will explore in the following essay. To begin with, there are numerous online forums where you can discuss a problem that bothers you and stay anonymous. It is important if the issue is intimate and you do not want other people to know about it or, even worse, spread gossip. My personal experience is a compelling example of this. When I was in high school, I was secretly in love with my classmate, Adam, who was also my friend. I was trying to get out of the friend zone but all my attempts were in vain. I could not discuss my feeling with my friends or parents because I did not want them to make fun of me, so I decided to search for some advice on the Internet. I found some articles and forums with some really useful pieces of advice which helped me to break the ice between my friend and me. Now Adam is my husband. If it had not been for those forums and articles, I would have never probably made the first step. Furthermore, two heads are better than one. The Internet unites thousands of different people. Thus, if you need an opinion about something, you will get a more detailed and objective image when you find information online, given that the opinions of a big number of people count. For instance, when my husband and I were planning to rent a particular flat in another neighborhood, we decided to check some reviews on the Internet first. To our surprise, we found out that the flat we had wanted to rent is rather inconvenient and even run down. Had we not consulted the Internet, we would have wasted our time and money. In conclusion, the most effective way to resolve a problem is to find information on the Internet. This is because you can use the experience of a lot of people, not just one acquaintance or relative, without revealing your identity.
