In my opinion, it is more essential to read news presented by people whose views are different from yours.I feel this way for two reasons which I will explore in what follows. To begin with, reading or watching news presented by people who are disagreeing with us can help us to understand others better and have better relationships with them. In other words, we live in socites that are full of different people with different views and beliefs. In order to understand them better and have better relationships with them, we should read news presented by people that think differently from us. For instance, I used to read news on a website that writers have similar views to mine and I have always problems with my roommate whose views are very different from mine, and we used to discuss a lot. After reading news from websites whose authors' views were similar to my roommate's, now I can understand her viewpoints better and this helps us to have better relationships. Moreover, when we watch news presented by different views of ours, we will realize that our views or ideas are not completely correct. Whereas, by watching news presented by people whose views are the same as ours, we will think that our views are correct and there is no doubt about them. So, if our views are not correct, we will not change them because we keep reading news that accepts our beliefs and views. To conclude, it is very important to read the ews or watch them presented by people whose views are not the same as yours. This is because, by this people can understand each other better and have better relationships. Also, it will help people to change their views by understanding that they are not correct. Hence, I recommend people follow news from various sources and do not rely on a particular sources.
