Your friend has decided to switch careers but isn’t sure which to choose. What advice would you give them? Provide reasons and examples to support your response.

There is no shortage of advices that can be provided to friend who is planning to change the career. Personally, I will prefer him to stick with the current career that he/she have. I feel this way for two reasons which I will explore in the following paragraphs. First of all, you can find more oppourtunites in the same carrer than on changing it. Obviously, after working for couple of years on one job provides you knowledge about that sector; oppourtunities, drawbacks, and sectors to improve. Subsquently, you became aware of it and noe you can work on same sector and have a lot of advanages from it. However, if you change your career, you are unaware on any of these and will have to worl for next couple of years to collect such information which will cost you a lot of time. My personal experienc is a good example of this. When I was studying my Bachelors, initially I choose the soil conservation subject. LaterI I thought to chage it and study transportation; as I feel that I didn't like that subject. Then, I began the procedure of transfer, but during that time I explore a lot of areas in which I can research: in cntext of soil consrvation subject. As a result I save the time for the process and the time to invest studying other subjec from zero. If I had changed my major at that time, I would not have been able to publsih two research paper. Second, changing the career at this stage will not be beneficial for them. Evidently, if you switch the carrer then you have a lot of new things to learn. You might have change the career by looking at others prosperity from that career, but it might not happen to you. If that happens then instead of progressing you will dowmfall in your life. Hence, switching the career will be the risky thing to do. Dragging from my presonal experiece, one of my neighbour used to own the book store at one time. Gift shop, one right next to it, was gaining popularity. He was doing fine, but the sold his book shop and instigated the new gift shop: of his own. Because he had no idea about gift iteam he faced a heavy loss and end up with awful lot of dues. Thus, switching the career will not be as satisfactory as thought. In conclusion, I will recommend my friend not to change the career instead, look for oppurtunities and try to do better on it. This is because old career could provide you opportunities that would help you progress and because changing career will not be the politic step, espically if you are not sure about next career.
