Workers are more satisfied when they have many different types of tasks to do during the workday than when they do similar tasks all day long. Use specific reasons and examples to support your answer.

On workdays, workers should do particular tasks that depend on what their job is. They should usually go to the workplace five or six days a week. Also, they should be on time and work eight hours a day. If workers do different types of tasks during their workday, it can help them to have different activities, so they would not be bored. As a result, their motivation to do their task will increase, and it can bring better results for their employers. For instance, if a worker in the factory works with three different machines, he/she can have a more satisfying workday. However, if workers do the same tasks every day they go to work, it can be boring for them, and with the passing of time, they would have no motivation to keep doing their jobs. Routine can be dangerous for everyone, not just workers. For example, if a worker works with the same machine every day, it can destroy his/her motivation after a while. In general, Managers should be concerned about this problem and depend on the workers' jobs; they must find different solutions to increase their workers' efficiency and company. So as far as I am concerned, routine workdays can kill motivation. Therefore, employers, to prevent this adverse effect, should give their workers different tasks to get better results. On the other hand, some workers may enjoy doing the same task every day on their workdays, and my opinion is not to include them.
