If you could change one thing about your hometown, what would you change? Use reasons and specific examples to support your answer.

It's been almost ten years since the first time I moved into this city, and although it has many beautiful places and very kind people, something always agitates me about this city and It is the attitude that its habitats have towards driving. If I could change one thing about this city, It would definitely be the way in which the governors of this city regulate traffic and driving. I will elaborate on this subject by stating three ways in which people harm this city by the way they drive. First of all, people often tend to park in places that are not appropriate for stopping, even for a short period of time. For instance, one day I was planning to buy a birthday cake for my mother's birthday from a very renowned confectionary. I parked my car in front of the store and went shopping. when I came back, I saw that a mini-van is located right behind my parking lot and I can't get out unless the driver comes back and move his automobile. I remember waiting there for almost an hour, and my cake got perished because the weather was warm. Second, I believe that the drivers in this city most of the time don't respect other drivers' rights and they tend to violate driving rules without getting fined. For example, I remember the day I had to drive to the university campus in order to get my exam done in time, and I had to have an argument with a driver for almost ten minutes because he simply didn't want to admit that I am driving in a straight route, so I should pass through first. Another alibi for enhancing driving regulations, is that many cars running through the town are technically outdated, and they produce pollution and annoying noises, disturbing other citizens. For example, you can see these huge, heavy construction automobiles like Bulldozers, passing through avenues where many houses are located. Overall, I believe paying more attention to transportation and driving is in priority and I really want it to change. If we do so, people's quality of life simply gets better and they learn to respect each other.
