In my opinion, the government should invest more money in the improvement of the environment. I believe this way for two main reasons, which I will explore in the following essay. First of all, Improving the environment will discourage local residents from leaving their hometowns and villages. These days more people are moving from rural areas to many cities in search of better quality of services. As a result,major cities are becoming more crowded. These waves of movements could have devastating effects on the county. Cities rely on fresh food that is exported from small towns and villages. When farmers live on their farms and hometowns, the price of the products coming from rural areas will gradually increase. Moreover, as more people settle in cities, the population in these cities will increase tremendously. In addition, the pressure on the city’s utilities will heavily increase and then the government will have more problems to deal with. Therefore, the government should pay extra attention to the quality of the environment in both cities and rural areas and discourage locals from leaving their lands. Secondly, many successful governments attract big corporations by providing an excellent environment , which brings better opportunities for new businesses to thrive. Such investment in the quality of the environment will definitely have a positive impact on all aspects of life in the county and it may prove to be profitable for the government in the near future. Pioneer businesses have many concerns about environmental issues as they directly affect their businesses. For example, hotels rely on environmental attractions for new tourists. However, if the government stops supporting programs that improve and protect the local environment then the number of tourists will gradually decrease. In this situation, many businesses will eventually suffer from the consequences and they may announce bankruptcy. On the other hand, an artist can find many alternative solutions to their financial issues. For example, some popular artists use social media to show their talent to fans. Fans can support their favorite artists by donating directly using their credit cards or by buying the artist’s products from online shopping. In conclusion, environmental issues can have negative impacts on every individual who lives in the county. The government should allocate extra funds to improve and protect the environment in all areas of the country impartially. Any improvement in the environment will definitely bring beneficial effects on society in general.
