Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? The best way to improve the quality of education in a country is to increase teachers’ salaries. Use reasons and examples to support your answer.

It is critically important that students in any country should have a quality education. Personally, I believe that the best way to enhance the quality of education in each country isn’t to increase teachers’ salaries. I feel this way for three reasons, which I will explore in the following essay. First of all, nowadays the teachers don't have any role in the education of students and self-study was promoted. It means that increasing the quality of education is dependent on the student's will. For instance, the top students in the natinal entrance exam that is instituted in iran, are from cities that have a little access to teachers. These students were succeeded without the help of any teacher and just by self-studying. Secondly, after the corona outbreak the education method compeletly changed. And students use the online courses, instructional videos, youtube and etc for learning. In other words, they don’t need teacher. My personal experience is a compelling illustration. Last year I learned two hard softwares related on my field by using the videos and books without any teacher. Also by using these two softwares, I was able to do many projects. And this indicated that this education method has good efficiency. Finally, I think that enhancing the school facilities is important for the quality of education. In short, the facilities such as computers, headphones, tables and chairs should be advanced and comfortable, respectively. For example, in the far villages, the quality of education is too bad because they don’t have enough facilities for learning. So, these students don’t have quality education. As a result, I am the opinion that increasing teachers’ salaries isn’t the best way to enhance the quality of education. This is because nowadays the student's will, technology and shool facilities have the most role in their education.
