You have enough money to purchase either a house or a business. Which would you choose to buy? Give specific reasons to explain your choice. Both the options are equally lucrative. This makes it more challenging to choose the most appropriate. All of us live in realistic world. To survive in this realistic world we need physical assets. Ofcourse one needs money to create these. So I always adopt a practical approach. That makes life bearable. Like everyone's my life too throws twists and turns at me. In such situations I make an effort to not get carried away by my impulse. My needs will play a decisive role in choosing the option. The need could be an immediate one or the one that is likely to arise in near future. Let me talk about how I am placed in life. I am a academically qualified and professionally established practicing vet. I have been practicing for the last ten years. I have a place and relevant instruments to carry on clinical procedures. Ofcourse science is an ever evolving branch of knowledge sphere. So my clinical horizon will keep ever expanding. As of now there isn't in appearance any cutting edge diagnostic instrument. So I won't need any monetary input for my profession in immediate future. So obviously my choice would be to buy a house. That is being practical. That is what I need right away to shift away from rented house. Though I have been staying here for a while, yet the fact that "it's not mine" pricks my mind off and on. Now the term "enough money" is an intangible proposition. I reside and carry on my vet practice in a country side. Assuming that the sum of money is atleast sufficient enough to buy a small parcel of land and build a house thereon. A stand alone house is my dream.
