Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? Teachers should not make their social or political views known to students in the classroom. Use specific reasons and examples to support your answer.

No one can deny that there are both positive and negative aspects of expressing believes about society and politics by school mentors to pupils. If I were forced to choose, I would definitely opt for prohibition of sharing these believes to students. It is my firm belief that teachers' perspectives for a number of reasons, such as lack of free speech and loosing focus from education. I will develop these ideas in the subsequent paragraphs. To begin with, students can be forced to impose teacher's perspective which is likely to have an adverse impact on schoolchild believes. Particularly, the educator would oppress tutee for personal views and overlook his or her initiatives. I have to admit that my opinion on this matter has been profoundly influenced by my own personal experience. Judging from my experience, teachers ideas on people's sexual orientation have been imposed on me when I studied at muslim school. Moreover, I was punished and labeled as a violator when I attempted to extend my perspective . As the result, I felt ignored by school staff, being on trap. For this reason, if I agreed with my school teacher I would have freedom of speech. Secondly, ideological mismatch with schoolmaster could could distract from initial aim of education. To elaborate, the school mistress focus on expressing political views rather than teaching hard and soft skills . Drawing from my own experience, due to my school educator had liberal believes, the majority par of the lesson we had an excessive discussion on the teachers' rights. The educationists allocated academic time on useless talk which eventually negatively impacted on students' academic achievement. Consequently, we suffered from solid academic background during the exam and eventually failed them. It is certainly clear to see why the teacher has to follow academic goals to prepare students for the tests. In light of the above-mentioned reasons, I strongly believe that teacher should realize himself as a professional, spending lesson's time fruitfully and a study should prevailing under other activities. Also, imposing teachers' will could not develop free expression among pupils.
