Some people believe that when busy parents do not have a lot of time to spend with their children, the best use of that time is to have fun playing games or sports. Others believe that it is best to use that time doing things together that are related to schoolwork. Which of the two approaches do you prefer? Use specific reasons and examples to support your answer.
A handful of people agree that parents should spend their spare time with children playing games or doing whatever brings joy. Personally, I believe that if parents do not posses the numerous opportunities to devote a lot of time to their children they have to creat sufficient memorable moments instead of doing homework together. I feel this way for several reasons which I will explore in the following essay.
To begin with, frequently children's associations with classes and hometasks are not pleasant. If parents and children do activities which correspond to school, children will not perceive it as a crucial and special pastime. Consequently, when they grow up they will not have tremendous significant memories to demonstrate to people. My personal experience is a compelling illustration of this. When I was a school student, I spent a lot of my free time alone because my parents were constantly busy. I did my homework, visited the musical school and other activities by myself. When my parents came home, they were weary and could not play with me or do work out. But if their free time emerged they prefered to monitor my classes or grasp some monotone information together. As a result, it negatively impacted me because I obtained few really valuable memories.
Furthermore, children devote a lot of time at school. Parents should take into account that students should get distracted and advance their skills by doing sports or other activities. Moreover, they can influence children to enjoy life. For instance, my aunt decided to send her son to hockey training. This kind of sport activity takes huge amount of time due to the fact that hockey team has to participate in diverse competitions and visit various cities and countries. Instead of doing homework with child when she has days off, she accompanies him everywhere. In addition to it, they travel, take pictures and have a lot of fun.
In conclusion, I strongly believe that parents should spend their free time with children doing engaging activities. This is because they create warm memories and facilitate their children's skills' development.
