During our careers, we work with many different kinds of people. All of them have unique characteristics and personality traits. In your opinion, which of the following is the most important characteristic of a coworker? a serious attitude regarding their work obligations a willingness to learn new things the ability to make other people laugh
People who surround us play a pivotal role in our lives. They can have positive or negative impacts on us. Most people spend their time at the workplace and face a lot of people. Coworkers are also considered one part of our daily life and it is prominent to have colleagues who make you laugh during working time. Although other people say their versions, I strongly believe that the ability to make other people laugh is an essential characteristic of a coworker. There are two reasons which I will explore in the following essay.
First and foremost, it is vital to have someone who can increase people’s sentiments during hard and stressful times.Life is unpredictable and even in the company employees meet many obstacles during making significant decisions. Sometimes people can lose their control and an individual who creates a hilarious atmosphere can reduce pressure. My brother’s example completes this reason. He works in a company where all of the employees are assigned to difficult tasks and do not have time to relax. As a result of increasing the revenue of the organization, their working days become more strainful. My brother always mentions his friend who works with them because even in tough durations, he does something to deviate them from their work. Thanks to this guy because he assists them a lot and makes their working life a little bit interesting.
Second reason which compels me to favor this approach is that people get closer to each other while making jokes. There is a scientific fact that says that jokes assist people to communicate with each other. In the workplace, we meet a lot of kinds of humans and it is necessary to maintain a healthy environment for our efficient work. People who are filled with a lot of joyful emotions can assist employees to know each other closely and surely create useful relationships. My cousin’s example completes this reason. When his organization started its activity, members of staff did not know and associate one another. My cousin was an energetic boy and could modify members' attitude toward one another . They recognized them and sometimes spent time off the company. It would not have happened if my cousin had not been a funny and sociable person
In conclusion, having an individual who makes others laugh can degrade the stress and also assist others to communicate with one another.
