Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? Leadership comes naturally: one cannot learn to be a leader. Use specific reasons and examples to support your answer.

Frankly speaking ,this is a controversial question, however ,I disagree with this point, for two main reasons. First of all, every human being in this world has the opportunity to learn everything he desires.On the other hand, there are also lazy people around who have no capability to maintain anything.In to contrast this argument I believe that the power of the mind is enormous, and learning how to be a leader is also realistic if you really have the willpower and consistent routine. For instance, I naturally have strong behavior and I am a strict person ,if I want to reach something I will do anything to accomplish my dream. Despite the fact that now I am not a ruler I am strongly working on my knowledge to get the most possible information, and I force myself every day to read at least 50 pages a day. The key to success is maintenance and discipline. Hard work commitment is essential for a good leader who knows how to be strong in every situation. Second of all Leaders don't bear leaders, being a ruler is a hard and responsible job, mastering control over everybody requires serious psychological skills and how to manage the situation. This criteria need to be done in order to become a successful leader. Nothing comes naturally, everybody goes through some hard situations,and after that, they start to understand and learn every skill.A successful head must have serious dedication and a lot of patience for their employees or workers.Therefore good head is not only a strong person but also a human who masters everything possible. In conclusion, I can commit the fact that nothing comes naturally, even though sometimes someone is stronger than the other human but mastering the leadership, is knowledge, dedication, commitment, patience, understanding,and most important Respect and love for your work.
