Nowadays, people are starting to realize how important it is to maintain a healthy lifestyle because of all the benefits it brings to our daily life. That's why in my opinion the best way to maintain a healthy way of living is to practice group sports. I can confidently say this because I have experienced it myself. Three years ago I also struggled with not knowing how to become this healthy person that cared about her body and wanted to become healthier in every single aspect of life. In the beginning I thought that to start with a meal program was the best idea and the one that would be more efficient. I could not have been more wrong, for me personally it did not work, I was not able to follow a strict plan and was always changing what I was supposed to do with what I wanted to eat. It did not take me long to realize I needed to change the plan. That's why I decided to join a sports team. Now that I have been training for 2 years I can sincerely say that it was one of the best decisions I have ever made. What helped me the most was the physical preparation, that was the thing that made the biggest impact in my life, and that's because before that I did not train in any kind of way, which made it very difficult to try to have a healthy lifestyle. By being in a group sport it kept me motivated, because with the people I was training kept me excited about what I was doing, not making me ever feel like quitting, and we were all experiencing the same things so we could relate and seek for advice if we needed making it feel like a very safe space. That's why in my opinion the best way to maintain a healthy lifestyle is by participating in a group sport.
