Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? For success in a future job, the ability to relate well to people is more important than studying hard in school.

In this day and age people are willing to have as much connections as possible. To do that they work on their ability to relate well to prople. As a result they have the most of their attention paid to other people rather than classesor any other thing. And as I think, they are doing right and a smart thing, since nowadays good relations are the key to success not the education achieved in school. My stance is supported by two reasons, which I will explore in this essay. The more people we know, the more opportunities we have. Each person has their interest. Sometimes the people we meet are having hobbies simmiliar to ours. As a result, we coalesce our simmiliar interests and different mindsets and have a great thing created together. My friend's story is a good example. My mom has always wanted to start a summer school and once we discovered that my friends has the same wish as well. Mom provided him with a job in that school. As a result they both began working on that project and succsseded. They achieved what they want due to the mutual ideas and different thinking ways. Of course, for my friend that project became real since he was in good relations with my mom. One of the most important things for every human is the feeling of comfort. We do have that feeling when we are surrounded by people who are in healthy relationships with us. Therefore it's significant to relate well to people, so that we can create the ideal environment possible for us. My life experience is a compelling illustration to this. To feel myself calm and comfortable in a new company of people in the camp I started to treat people like they have always been a part of my life. As a result, we became so close. Now that people are always with me and ready to help me with anything I need. In conclusion, being able to create good relations with people is significant. It can be benefitial for us both by providing with new opportunities and the feeling of comfort.
