The lecturer casts doubt by providing three main reasons.
First of all, according to the reading business owners had problems finding the required products. However, The lecturer deputes this point he says that a study showed that purchasing franchise often cost overprice than other options.
Secondly, the reading states that franchise will be beneficial for saving a lot of money, and advertising is a big factor in successful employment.Nevertheless ,the instructor refutes this argument she argues that advertising only advertises your product, not the actual work itself. In addition ,she points out that advertising costs a total of 6 percent of the sales and that is quite a lot of waste. And even spending half of this money will not bring benefits.
Finally, the reading claims that franchise is a more secure privilege for independent trade, and it's a good option for inexperienced starters to understand the body parts. On the other hand, the lecturer believes that it's not one of the best options for security. Moreover ,she feels that purchasing an already exciting field is a more effective choice in order to prevent risks.
In conclusion , although the reading and the lecture are both about businesses and advertising and franchising benefits the three main reasons were effectively challenged by the professor.
