Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? “When people succeed, it is entirely because of hard work. Luck has nothing to do with their success.” Use specific reasons and examples to explain your position.

the lecture and the reading are both about a new type of advertising which is called "buzzing", in this new way the advertisers hire people who personally promote products to people they know or meet. however, the author of the reading explains why it should be banned and critics "buzzing". the lecturer puts this idea in doubt by illustrating new reasons: first of all, according to the reading, the buzzers are being paid to emphasize the good points of products and maybe they would tell the incorrect and misleading information so if consumers know they are advertising the products, they would act differently. on the other hand, the buzzer in the lecture claims that the company only hires those persons who had a good experience with the products so consumers get the truths by buzzers. secondly, the author of the reading states that consumers usually do not ask many questions if they think the buzzers are ordinary people so it can affect the critics' insight of the consumers, and In this way, they will less criticize the products. however, the lecturer states that people ask a lot of questions and they won't buy the products if their questions are not answered and if they are not convinced by the buzzers. finally, the passage believes that buzzing has a detrimental effect on social relationships because we can not trust people anymore in general. nevertheless, the man explains that if the products of a company are not good, consequently it could not recruit buzzers, persons who have a good experience with a product so more good experience invite more opening people and it could never destroy civilization.
