Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? Always telling the truth is the most important consideration in any relationship. Use specific reasons and examples to support your answer.

There are many times when people struggle in their minds whether, to tell the truth, or not. Some people might think that not always telling the truth is important in any kind of relationship for the continuation of ideal friendships or business relationships. I, however, definitely agree with the statement for two main reasons. One reason is telling the truth, the relationships could be more faithful and trustful. Another reason is not telling the truth can aggravate problems. To begin with, keeping honesty can help you build trust in relationships. Honesty is the foundation of any relationship. To be specific, if you do not tell the truth just to please others, many people are not going to count on you. For example, my best friend named Saoirse once called for me to tell her about her disadvantages. I, however, had an internal conflict whether to comply with her or not. I was worried that if I state her shortcomings, she would be hurt. Therefore, I decided to tell her the truth specifically. But I not only had described to her about her drawbacks but also advantages. Therefore, she was satisfied with her feedback on me. She thanked me a lot and tried to revise her personality and weaknesses to strengths. Moreover, she started to count fully on me because she already knew that it would be a tough question for me to answer. Consequently, we could become a rapport. Last but not the least, telling disingenuousness can result in serious problems. Without a doubt, some lies may bring a lot of troubles like being imprisoned in jails. Whereas keeping honesty help people get out of difficulties. For example, according to the world employment survey, more than 80 of employer’s priority over picking up employees is the employee’s honesty. The reason for their priority is honesty can help solve recruits’ mistakes easier. Another example about my example is my mistakes at the company I used to work for. I managed to get hired in my long-desired company. At first, I was satisfied with the job but as time flies by working made me feel depressed. Then I started to make mistakes frequently like breaking the company union apart with my awkward words. Therefore, not to get the risk of getting fired, I did not inform my companions or chiefs about the mistakes I made. Consequently, many of the workers noticed my behaviors and the boss fired me. To summarize, I firmly agree with the statement. First off, people can form trustworthy relationships. Second off, not telling the truth can bring on inclement situations.
