NO ONE CAN DENY THAT THERE ARE A LOT OF DIFFERENT OPINIONS WHEN IT COMES TO HEALTHY LIFE. IF I WERE FORCED TO CHOOSE, I WOULD DEFINITELY OPT FOR PARTICIPATING IN GROUPS SPORTS. IT IS MY FIRM BELIEVE THAT JOINING A TEAM TO EXERCISE HAS THE BEST RESULTS. FOR A NUMBERS OF REASONS AND I WILL DEVELOP THESES IDEAS IN THE SUBSEQUENT PARAGRAPHS. FIRST OF ALL, PRACTICING IN ANY KIND OF SPORTS IS CRUCIAL FOR PEOPLE TO HAVE A GOOD HEALTH AND ALSO BETTER LIFESTYLE. I HAVE TO ADMIT THAT MY OPINION ON THIS MATTER HAS BEEN PROFOUNDLY INFLUENCED BY MY OWN PERSONAL EXPERIENCE WHEN I WAS YOUNGER I JOINED A FUTBOL GROUP, WE HAD PRACTICES EVERY SATURDAY AND MONDAY IN THE AFTERNOON AND SOMETIMES FRIDAY TOO, WE BROUGHT OUR KIDS TO PLAYED WITH US IN ORDER TO SHOW THEM AN INCREDIBLE SPORT , I TAUGHT THAT FUTBOL ISNT A DIFFICULT SPORTS, LATER ON, I REALIZED THAT IT NEEDS A LOT OF STRONGEST AND EQUILIBRIUM TO PLAY SUCH INTERESTING GAME. I LEARNED NEW REFLEXES THAT WAS USEFUL IN MY GROWTH. SECONDLY MAKING SPORTS CAN HELP TO INCREASE SOCIAL ENVIRONMENT. DRAWING FOR MY OWN EXPERIENCE, I MET NEW PEOPLE ABOUT THAT TIME, ACTUALLY ARE MY BEST FRIENDS NOW AND WE HAVE THE BEST RELATION EVER DUE TO WE LEARNED HOW TO BE A GREAT TEAM AND ALWAYS BEING THERE FOR EACH OTHER. MOREOVER, SOMETIMES WE GO TO THE STADIUM TO PLAY FUTBOL TO BRING BACK MEMORIES AND BEING ABLE TO MAINTAIN OUR GOOD HEALTH IN LIGHT OF THE REASONS MENTIONED, I STRONGLY BELIEVE THAT PARTICIPATING IN GROUPS SPORTS ARE BETTER FOR A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE AND PROVIDES US WITH A LOT OF ADVANTAGES AND BETTER LIFESTYLE, TO BE PRESENT IN OUR FAMILY FOR A LONGER TIME.
