Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? Reading paper materials is better than watching electronic devices to gain information. Use specific reasons and examples to support your answer.
The reading and the lecture are both about elephents behaviors. Whereas, the author of the reading states that there are several beliefs about elephant characterstics.The lecturer casts doubt on the main points made in the reading by providing three reasons. First of all, the author believes thatelephants are aware about their death. Additionally, he claims that when they become old and weak they go away from group and reamin alone nearby water sources. However, the lecturer disputes this claim. He mentions that they could not aware about their end date. Furthermore, he point out that they left their group and go nearby water source because their teeth are weak, and they found soft food near about the river. Secondly, the writer suggests that they have artistic qualities. Also, he argues that they can paint their own picture by paintbrush that can do only elephents after man. Nevertheless, the writer refutes this argument. He elaborates on this by raising the point that they are trained by trainer that's why they can depict. In addition, he brings the point that their airs are so sensitive and tghey can follow trainer but they could not make fine lines on their drawings. Finally, the author feels that they are too much affarid from the mice. Moreover, he posits that ancient scholars wrote elephants are too much scary from mice, however, they share their habitat with detrimental animals. On the other hand, the speaker asserts that elephants are not afarid from the mice they seem afraid due to unfamilarity. He notes that they are not scary in the zoo when mice are together. In conclusion, both the writer and speaker hold conflicting views about the features of elephants. It's crystal clear that they will have trouble finding common ground on this issue.
