Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? When people solve problems as a group, they come up with better solutions that if they were to try to solve the problem individually. Use specific reasons and examples to support your answer.

There is no shortage of debate whether it is better to work and approach problem in unity or think and solve the issue alone. In my opinion, it is more advantageous to brainstorm and attends problem in a group. I feel this way for two main reasons which I will explore in the following essay. First of all, it is important to understand the perspective and approach to a problem rather than simply solving the problem. Working together with collective brains elaborate the thinking capacity of a single person. My own experience is a compelling example. In my tenth grade, I was very stubborn to solve the questions myself which encouraged me to be more focused on output instead of the learning process. I realized the wrong-doing and started to work on the puzzles with some of my friends. This brought a drastic change in my thinking process which in turn lead to a better understanding of the concept. In addition, this inculcated the qualities of a team players and broaden the view. Therefore, I strongly feel working together helps a person grow both personally and intellectually. Secondly, spending time with more students induces great qualities like empathy, being strong despite harsh situations, and leadership. These qualities shape oneself into a better human. For instance, my friend Ria was alone for many years and rude. She is an introvert and faced problems to mingle with the public. Once she started talking to us, she found her true self. She inculcated amazing qualities like understanding people from their perspective, pulling herself together during difficult situations, and many others. Finally, she was able to achieve her dreams through the learnings from being in a group. For this reason, I strongly believe, it is crucial to be part of a group to help oneself to grow proportionately. In conclusion, I absolutely believe that learners who work as a team learn exponentially and positively expand their abilities to attain a better version of themselves. It gives hope to dream big and achieve more.
