The administrators of a university are revising their budget and have decided to change their funding priorities. As a result, the university will now spend more money on sports and athletic facilities than they do on the campus libraries. Do you think this is a good idea? Why or why not?

The driverless cars are all over the media and could be of benefit or maybe not. The speaker is not supporting the idea of author as he is having multiple layers of doubt. Considering the softwares and technologies used, speaker is directly indicating towards the human errors while development of softwares and in support he also mentioned a news article about the same car which drove more than a million kilometers safely had met with an acccident in the past month. Speaker's prospective towards the pollution control through efficient driving is contradictory, as the driverless cars can be driven by everyone, even the once who are not eligible for license will hit the road in a car; resulting in massive increase in number of cars and eventually more pollution. As mentioned by author that an average United State citizen's commute time is 30 minutes in one go daily, even if this time is available to them, they will land up doing extra work or wasting it. whereas the speaker even added to it that many people enjoy the journey by driving themselves and singing along the radio as a stress burster or a runaway from work and busy life.
