The topic of the influence of employees who working for a special company for a long time has generated much discussion in recent years. My belief is that it is not essential to work for a long time for a special company. Firstly, I have to admit that my opinion on this matter has been profoundly influenced by my own personal experiences. For example, when I was working in my first company, I could not improve my position due to their weak strategies. In particular, if I stayed there I would not get more experience. Lastly, I totally agree with Karen's point about workers' feelings. For instance, since they work for just one company they cannot face to variety of challenges. If people work in different holdings, they will find a lot of new solutions in their fields. The professor rebuts this argument. He says that farmers will change their tools and use the mechanic devices instead of the traditional methods. Therefore, the number of workers will be decreased. It is clear that they will have trouble finding common ground on this issue. In light of the reasons mentioned, I strongly believe that it is better to work in different places....
